My old phone's battery life went from 2 hours to 6 after I replaced it myself

I had a three year old phone that would die before lunch. I bought a $25 battery kit online and swapped it out in about 20 minutes. The difference was instant, like having a new phone without the cost. Has anyone else tried a battery swap on an older model and had it work this well?

Did the same thing with my iPhone 8 and it's like new again lol

My iPhone 7 got a second life after a battery swap. The old one was down to 72% health and it made a huge difference. It's totally worth doing on the older models.
