Am I the only one who thinks a hot glue gun is better than epoxy for attaching small, delicate found objects like sea glass?
After my epoxy ruined three pieces of smoothed blue glass from Brighton Beach by seeping out and clouding them, I switched to a low-temp glue gun for a tiny assemblage last Tuesday and it held perfectly without any mess.

Guess it depends if you want a finished craft or a modern art statement on epoxy seepage. My hot glue projects might be ugly, but at least they're predictably ugly.

Ruined three pieces" sounds pretty dramatic for some cloudy glass. It's glue, not a museum restoration. A little seepage on sea glass crafts is basically a non-issue for most people. If it holds the thing together, the method worked. Getting this stressed over the backup plan for a Tuesday art project seems like a lot.
