Serious question, who else remembers 'Scaler' for PS2? My little cousin called it a 'weird lizard game' and now I'm trying to find other games like it.

Oh man, Scaler was awesome. Did you ever play Vexx? That was another weird platformer from around the same time. You played as this little angry guy with magic claws in a bunch of strange worlds. It had that same kind of offbeat vibe and collecting stuff. I found it at a used game store years ago and it totally scratched that same itch.
