My barber in Glendale told me his cousin's taco truck almost failed because they were too generous with the guac, and now I'm rethinking my whole 'more is better' menu philosophy.

He said 'people will pay for a taste, not a tub, and you're just eating your own profits' which hit different coming from a guy who charges extra for a straight razor shave, lol.

Wait, hold up. He charges extra for the straight razor? I mean, that's the whole point of going to a barber, right? That feels like selling a burger and then asking for more money to put it on a bun.

My old boss used to charge extra for the "luxury" of a clean filter. I was the one who had to clean it, so I guess I see the barber's point.
