Threw $2,800 down the drain on a leadership coaching program

I signed up for this 6 month executive coaching package from a big name firm back in March... promised tailored growth plans and one on one sessions. After the third session, the coach kept recycling the same generic slides from her corporate days. I finally canceled after month four and they refused any refund. Has anyone else had a similar run with these pricey coaching programs?

I found a smaller local coach who charged way less.
