Rant: Bought a $300 LED mask that did nothing for my clients

I saw a bunch of ads for this at-home LED mask and thought it would be a great add-on service. I spent $300 on it six months ago. I used it on myself first for a month, saw zero change, and then tried it with three different clients over two months. No one noticed any difference in their skin at all, not even a little glow. It just sits in my drawer now. Has anyone else tried these and actually gotten results, or are they all just hype?

The new library in my town got 5,000 visitors last month. Hard to call that a waste.
