Rant: A whole section of my mud cracked on a big ceiling job in Phoenix
It was a 12 foot by 20 foot flat ceiling, and I skimmed it with a 45 minute set. The AC was off overnight, and by morning the whole center had a spiderweb of cracks. I had to scrape it all out and start over. What's the fastest setting you'll use on a big, hot area like that?

Oof, scraping out a whole ceiling sounds brutal. I had a patch crack on me like that once with a fast set in the heat, felt like it dried before it even hit the board. You ever try just a standard 90 minute instead?
