My dog's tail wagged a perfect circle on my tracing paper
I was sketching a site plan outside on a picnic table yesterday. My lab, Buddy, got excited and his tail swept across my paper. It left a big, smudgy arc right through the property lines. I was annoyed at first, but when I looked closer, the curve was almost perfectly round. It gave me the idea to add a curved walkway where I was stuck on a straight path. I redrew it neatly, and the client loved the more natural flow. Now I keep a spare roll of paper just in case Buddy wants to help again. Sometimes the best ideas come from the silliest mistakes.
