Had a nightmare week with a client's plotter jamming every 10 minutes

Last Tuesday I was working on a set of floor plans for a house in Springfield and the HP DesignJet kept eating the paper mid-print. Turned out the rollers were coated in dust from a cheap roll I bought online, cleaned them with alcohol and it ran smooth after that. Has anyone else had a bad batch of plotter paper ruin their whole day?

@webb.jordan that alcohol trick only lasts if you also swap to better paper brands.

I cleaned my rollers with alcohol once and it fixed the issue for about a day before the jamming came back, so I'm not sure that's the real fix.
