Made a bookshelf from dollar store cutting boards and zip ties that somehow held up for 6 months
Tbh the guy at the checkout gave me a weird look when I bought 12 plastic cutting boards and 3 packs of zip ties, but after my real shelf collapsed this thing is still standing, anyone else turn random dollar store stuff into actual furniture?

Wait, are we really acting like plastic cutting boards are stronger than wood now? I mean, it held up for 6 months, sure, but let's see what happens when you actually put some real books on it.
