Three buck thermometer fixed my sour shots
Bought a cheap instant read at a hardware store in Tulsa last month, figured my machine's gauge was close enough. Turns out it read 10 degrees hot, so my water was dropping into the basket at 185 instead of 195. Anyone else trust their stock thermometer for way too long before checking it?
