The worst day I had with my disability claim was when they lost my paperwork twice

I mailed in my initial application back in March and waited six weeks for a response. When I called to check, they said they never got it. So I resent everything certified mail with signature confirmation. That one took four weeks before someone admitted it was sitting in a pile on someone's desk. Then I had to do another phone interview where the lady asked me questions I already answered on the forms. I spent almost three hours on hold total across two separate calls. The cherry on top was when they told me I needed to fax a doctor's note because the original one I sent was too blurry to read. Has anyone else had their paperwork just vanish into thin air with these folks?

Send everything certified mail with signature proof from now on, it saves the headache.
