Finally got approved after 14 months of waiting
Turns out the trick was having my doctor write a specific letter about how one symptom stops me from doing my old job tasks. I was just sending in general reports before and getting denied every time. Anyone else find a specific medical note that actually moved things along?

That's brutal having to wait 14 months, honestly that sounds exhausting. But good for you for finally cracking the code lol. It's wild how specific they want those medical letters to be. My buddy had a similar issue where he kept getting denied for back problems until his doctor literally wrote out "cannot lift more than 10 pounds due to nerve damage" and suddenly things moved. It's like they need you to spell out exactly how your life is different, not just that you're in pain or whatever. Hope things start going smoother for you now that you figured out the trick.
