My boss almost framed a $99 diploma mill degree in our break room last month
Last month my boss proudly showed off his "MBA" from a website that looked like it was built in 2003, and he paid $99 for it plus $40 for rush shipping. I had to sit through a 20 minute meeting about how it made him a better leader while our actual dental office was running low on gloves. Does anyone know how to nicely tell someone their wall art is a scam?

My old manager at a pizza place did the same thing, ordered a "certified food safety manager" certificate online for like $60 and made us all stand in the walk-in while she explained how it meant she could teach us proper hand washing. We were literally out of soap in both bathrooms. The certificate was printed crooked and had a typo in the word "sanitation" which honestly says it all. I never figured out a nice way to bring it up, I just nodded and kept restocking pepperoni. At some point you just let people have their wall art I guess.
