Disaster week flipped by one rush order

Last month I had a run of three bad orders in five days. One customer sent a blurry photo of their old diploma and the school name was misspelled, another wanted a rush job for a Tuesday but paid on Friday, and the third one complained the gold foil looked orange. I was ready to quit the service side entirely. Then on Saturday a woman from Austin called in tears because her original was destroyed in a flood and she needed a replacement for a job interview on Monday. I stayed late, verified her records, and got it shipped overnight. She emailed me a photo of her holding it the next day and I remembered why I do this. Has anyone else had a disaster week flip around because of one grateful client?
