Week where 3 people asked to buy the same robot piece, and I only drew it once

I post digital robot drawings on my page most weeks. Usually 10 likes, maybe one comment. Last Tuesday I put up a busted old welding bot I spent 4 hours on. By Friday it had 2,400 likes and 3 separate messages from strangers asking to buy prints. One guy in Portland wanted it as a tattoo. I had no shop set up, no print file, nothing ready. Spent the weekend rushing a Redbubble page and messed up the color profile on the first upload. Has anyone else had a piece blow up while you had zero plan for it?
