My digital art process changed when I stopped using undo...

I think relying on undo all the time makes digital art feel fake... like you're not really drawing. I forced myself to sketch without it for a whole project last month. Suddenly, every line mattered and I had to plan my moves better. My characters started looking more alive because I couldn't just erase every little flaw. It taught me to embrace mistakes instead of hiding them... and my work got way more interesting. Maybe we should all try turning off some tools to remember what art is about.

A whole week without undo sounds like digital art boot camp.

Relied on undo like a safety net for way too long. I mean, I used to think digital art was all about fixing every mistake, but then I tried sketching without it for a week. Honestly, it felt scary at first, but my lines got way more confident. Maybe it's just me, but seeing those little flaws stay in the sketch made the whole piece feel more real. Changed how I see the whole process now, for sure.

You actually went a whole week without hitting undo? I'd last maybe two hours before I caved. How did you even stick with it that long? My hand gets way too twitchy for that kind of pressure.
