My cybersecurity routine unexpectedly improved my sleep
I decided to lock down my online accounts after a close call with a phishing email. Set up a password manager and enabled two-factor authentication on everything. Now, I don't lay awake wondering if my bank details are safe. It sounds trivial, but knowing my logins are secure has cut down on my bedtime anxiety. Last week, I got a false alarm about a login attempt, checked my 2FA, and fell right back asleep. Who knew that a bit of digital housekeeping could double as a sleep aid?

All that tech just gives me more to worry about.

True, it can feel like that. But some of the best tech is the kind you forget about because it just works. Takes a load off without asking for attention.
