Dayton in 2019 is doing a lot of work in that sentence and I kind of want to know what the advice actually was, because "stop hitting remind me later" is not the same as "stop putting it off." Those pop ups are built to be ignored, that's the whole point. The real change has to come from somewhere else, not from a button. I'd push back a little on giving a boss from five years ago credit for it.
