Can we talk about how annoying it is when apps ask for too many permissions? I was installing a flashlight app and it wanted access to my contacts. Like, why?

Wait, was that really a flashlight app or did you mean a camera app? Sometimes those need camera access for the flash, which sort of makes sense. But asking for contacts is always weird and wrong. It's probably just harvesting data to sell. That stuff makes me so mad, I just hit deny and find a different app. What flashlight did you end up using instead?

I just used the sketchy one anyway because I was too lazy to look for another... figure my contact list is mostly pizza places and my mom. They can sell that data if they want, good luck making sense of my boring life.

Ugh, same. I once let some wallpaper app see my whole photo library. Still regret it.
