Went back and forth between polycarbonate and aluminum cases for my first build
I picked the polycarbonate after reading a ton of reviews about flex and sound, but the thing rattles like crazy on my desk unless I put a mat under it, has anyone else run into that issue?

Put a thin rubber mouse pad or even a folded cloth under it, that kills the rattle completely without dampening the sound too much. The polycarb resonates more than aluminum on hard surfaces so that little bit of padding makes a huge difference.
