Why does nobody talk about burnout after doing wedding hair for years?

I had a chat with a stylist from Portland last week at a bridal expo, and she said she charges $350 per bridal trial and still dreads Saturday mornings. Hit me hard because I've been doing bridal parties for 8 years now, and I just booked my 14th wedding for June. She quit taking new brides entirely, and now I'm wondering if I should cap mine too, or is that just giving up good money? Has anyone else backed off weddings after a long stretch?
