Just realized my old coffee can brush holder says a lot about how things changed
I pulled out that decorated coffee can I used for brushes back in beauty school. It was all about using what you had around the house then. Now my station has a proper lighted mirror and organized drawers. It's funny how our home setups got so much more thought out over time. Makes me appreciate how the trade keeps evolving, even in small ways.

My friend from beauty school used a washed-out yogurt cup for her combs. She always said it was about making the most of what you had before getting real tools. Seeing her professional station now really shows how much the trade has changed over the years.
