Spent $600 on a "professional" mold inspection and all I got was a handshake

I paid a company to test my crawlspace after a leak last fall and they just told me to run a dehumidifier without showing me any real lab results... Has anyone else had luck getting those big mold testing companies to actually hand over the data instead of just vague advice?

Most reputable testing companies provide detailed lab results as part of their service because that's literally what you're paying for. You might want to check your contract or invoice to see if they promised specific documentation, because that sounds less like a professional inspection and more like someone taking advantage of you.

Gotta disagree here. Some smaller local guys work on a consult basis and dont do the full lab report unless you ask for it separate. $600 might be steep but if the guy spent a couple hours walking through the place and pointing out issues, that's not totally crazy. Not saying it's the best deal but not every inspector packages things the same way.
