Saw a crew broom finish a whole driveway in the rain in Omaha and it looked like oatmeal
Stopped at a gas station off 72nd in Omaha yesterday and across the street a crew was finishing a driveway pour while it was still drizzling. They hit it with a broom way too wet and you could see the ridges smearing instead of holding, plus a couple spots were already puddling around the edges. I get that you can't always wait out the weather when the truck is on site and the mud is setting, but sometimes you just have to tarp it and come back. Any of you ever walk away from a pour in light rain and regret it, or does it usually turn out fine?
