Rant: Did a quick inspection dive at the old marina in Port Townsend last month. The amount of loose fishing line and old crab pots just left down there is a total mess.

Honestly, that's just typical harbor bottom. It's been like that for decades.

Feel that, man. I've seen the same old problems get ignored year after year. Makes you wonder if anyone up top actually cares about fixing it.

But the_keith, I walked by there last week and it just looked like normal city grime to me.
