Hit 1000 lines of code on my first real project and only broke 3 things

I've been learning Python for about two months and finally finished a little tool that sorts my music files by genre. Last night I checked my text editor and it said 1,024 lines of code. I almost spit out my drink. It's just a simple script but I never thought I'd write that much without giving up. Only three features broke and two of them were because I forgot to save before testing. Has anyone else gotten way more into a beginner project than they expected?

Man, that feeling when you look up and realize you wrote over a thousand lines is something else. Those three broken things are basically a rite of passage at this point.

Wait, 1,024 lines? @robin_foster1 is right about the rite of passage thing, but did you count blank lines and comments too? Most editors count everything, so your actual code is probably way less. Still a solid milestone though.
