Debate: is 60% rapids speed worth the cycle time or are we just asking for a crash?
Old guy on night shift at the shop in Akron ran everything at 50% rapids and swore he never scrapped a part in 22 years, while the new kid next to him cranked it to 100% and cut his cycle by 40 seconds. Half of us think slow rapids are just covering up sloppy setups, the other half say one crash costs more than a year of saved seconds. Where do you all land on this?
