That $500 magnetic sweep set finally made sense after 20 years

I bought a magnetic sweep set last spring, cost me around $500 with the poles and heads. For years I used the old brush and rod method, still works but takes forever on windy days. First job with the magnets was a rental in Omaha, pulled a rusted damper door right out without dropping it. Then last month it saved my back on a tight zero-clearance unit, no more fighting with extension rods. Anyone else made the switch to magnets and found they pay off only on certain jobs?
