Raccoon family took over a flue I just cleaned last Tuesday
Finished a job on Maple Street in Dayton, sealed the cap, and drove off feeling good. Two days later the homeowner calls saying something scratching all night. Went back, pulled the cap, and a mama raccoon had ripped through the damper housing to nest. Took 3 hours to evict her and patch the gap with steel mesh. Anyone else dealing with wildlife tearing up fresh work this season?
