Why does nobody talk about the free sample lady at Costco giving out recipe cards
I was at the Costco on 4th street in Minneapolis on Tuesday and the sample lady handed me a little card along with the frozen meatball cup. It had a recipe for meatball subs on the back using the jar sauce and the bag of mozzarella they sell two aisles over. I made it Wednesday night in about 20 minutes and my kids ate it without complaining, which almost never happens. Now I grab a card every time I walk past a sample table and I have six of them taped inside a cabinet door. Does anyone else collect these or am I the only one raiding the sample tables for dinner ideas?
