Showerthought: just found out a stacked tray tower is way stronger than I thought
I was messing around at lunch last week and stacked 14 trays into a tower in the cafeteria at Lincoln Middle, and it held up until a kid bumped it. Turns out the trick is offsetting each tray by about an inch so the corners lock together, not stacking them straight. I tried it straight first and it fell over at 8 trays, which honestly annoyed me more than it should have. Anyone else figure out a better spacing that gets past 20?
