PSA: My bullet journal sleep tracker became a snack diary by accident

Honestly, I started logging my sleep hours to fix my rest schedule. Tbh, I woke up hungry one night and scribbled 'ate cold leftovers' in the sleep column. Ngl, finding that entry next to my dream notes the next day was too funny. Now I joke that my bujo tracks my midnight cravings better than my sleep.

Your snack tracker is way more honest than any sleep log.

When you said your bujo tracks cravings better than sleep, it made me laugh. @emerydixon is right about the honesty part. I see this with other trackers too, like how my budget app really just logs my coffee runs. My friend's reading list became a tally of Netflix shows instead. Our plans never match what we actually do, so these logs show our real habits. It's funny how that happens.

Guess our trackers just want to be free, you know? They're tired of our boring plans and decide to document our actual, messy lives. My own habit tracker for drinking water is basically just a record of when I refill my cup and then forget about it for six hours. These little fails are way more interesting than perfect logs anyway.
