Found an old cookie tin full of my grandpa's index cards

Cleaning out my folks' attic near Tulsa yesterday. Grandpa used old recipe cards to track his daily habits for 30 years. Could that count as a pre-bullet journal? Anyone else find old school planning systems that kinda blew their mind?
