I flew to Denver last month and paid $35 for a carry-on while my buddy checked his bag for $30, but I was out of the airport in 10 minutes and he waited 40 at the belt. The real win was not risking lost luggage on a tight layover, but I wanna know if you all think the extra fee is worth it or if you just pack light enough to avoid both.
