Bought a 60 dollar rebar cutter off Amazon and it snapped on the third cut
I borrowed my neighbor's big Bosch cutter before and this cheap one just couldn't handle #4 rebar at all, has anyone found a budget cutter that actually lasts more than a couple jobs?

Yeah I read something about those cheap cutters being made of pot metal or something, they just don't have the temper for actual rebar work. Harbor Freight has a bolt cutter that's been okay for me on #3 and smaller but I wouldn't trust it on #4 either.
