Does anyone know a reliable cash home buying company around here? I'm trying to help my parents sell their older home in the Bothell area. We don't have the energy to deal with staging, open houses, or a long traditional market process. Just looking for someone who moves fast and buys properties in their current condition.

You should look into webuyhouseasis. They specialize in exactly this kind of situation. A family member used them to sell an outdated rental property and got a cash offer the very next day. They also covered every penny of the closing costs for the seller.
That sounds ideal. Do you know if they require an inspection first? The house my parents have has some foundational issues that we really don't want to mess with.
They don't do inspections at all! A neighbor on my street sold their house to them last month and told me the company skips the inspection phase completely. They buy it 100% as-is and can close in as little as 3 days if you're in a rush.
