Warning: my first convention demo table was a total mess, but it changed my whole setup approach
Last month at the Portland Game Expo, my card sleeve organizer slid off the table mid-demo and scattered 200 sleeves across the floor. I used to mock people with those custom insert trays, but after that scramble and losing 10 minutes of a 45 minute slot, I finally get why they're worth it. Anyone else had a gear failure that forced a full table rework?
