Just counted my unplayed games and the number made me feel sick

I finally sorted my whole collection yesterday, putting everything on a spreadsheet. I knew I had some games still in shrink, but seeing the total hit 37 was a gut punch. That's over a third of my collection just sitting there, bought on sale or because of hype. My wife saw the list and just said 'you have a problem.' Has anyone else faced this and actually managed to play through their backlog?

Seeing your total hit 37 is rough, so I just pick one and force myself to start it this weekend.
