Hit 500 solo plays of Spirit Island, and I'm over the hype now

I finally crossed 500 solo runs last night, and honestly, the more I play, the less I buy into the 'best solo game ever' talk. The event deck chaos feels less like depth and more like random noise after the 300th game, so has anyone else hit a big number and walked away feeling colder about their favorite board game?

Oh the event deck chaos feels less like depth and more like random noise' is basically the story of my love life, so I get it. I hit 400 solo runs of this thing last year and realized I was just shuffling the same 30 fear cards over and over while pretending the blight card was a surprise. Now I mainly play it to prove I can still lose to a board game that owns me, which is a weird flex but here we are.
