inA customer in Springfield changed my mind about glass break sensors
I installed a glass break sensor for a client in Oakwood after their neighbor had a break in. The thief just cut a small circle in the living room window pane and reached right in, never opening the frame. That contact sensor on the window was useless. It taught me that if someone really wants in, they won't always force the whole window open. Now I always suggest them for any room with big windows, ground floor or not.

inShowerthought: A client in Denver asked for a 'hard part' but his hair growth went the wrong way
I mean, forcing it is how you learn your hair's limits though. Maybe @ross.river just got lucky with a chill one.

inMy neighbor's simple trick for keeping the coop clean
I always thought DE was just for bugs. But after seeing how much drier my coop floor stays, I'm a total convert. It really cuts down on that damp smell.

inRemember when we used to eyeball everything from the cab?
That bit about trusting the digital load indicator... I get it, but I've gone the other way. My old feel got me in trouble more than once, especially on long days when I was tired. A sensor might be wrong sometimes, but my eyes can play tricks way easier. I'd rather trust a tool that's usually right, even if I have to check its work now and then.

inI spent $40 on a book club 'cheat sheet' subscription and it totally backfired
Honestly that sounds like a smart way to save time reading boring books.
