I zip tied thrift store frames to a bike rack for 2 years, now I just lean them on a $3 shelf ledge
For 2 years I hung every $1 Goodwill frame with zip ties and a bike rack bracket I bolted to the wall, which worked but looked like a hardware store threw up on my living room. Last month my neighbor Carla in Toledo showed me those $3 clear shelf ledges from the hardware aisle, and now I just lean frames and kids drawings on them and swap stuff out in 10 seconds instead of 20 minutes with a drill. Does anyone else think hanging hardware is a total scam for light frames, or am I going to regret this when something slides off?
