Clipper blade shattered mid-fade, client thought it was a gunshot
Last Tuesday in Austin, I'm doing a skin fade and my Wahl blade just explodes. Sounded like a firecracker. Piece flew past the guy's ear. He jumped, I jumped, clippers went airborne. Took 15 minutes to find all the shards in the carpet. Swapped to my backup Andis and finished the cut. Client actually tipped extra, said it was the most exciting haircut he's ever had. Anyone else had a tool just give out like that?

My old Oster snapped a blade mid-cut, changed how I check gear now.
