Pro tip: I stopped carrying my checkbook after a weird thing at a gas station in Omaha

I was trying to pay for a $42 fill-up with a check (old habit, I know) and the cashier looked at me like I had three heads, then said 'We haven't taken those since 2019, sir.' That whole interaction made me realize how much I was clinging to a dead payment method out of pure routine. What's the most outdated payment habit you've finally broken?

Heard some cities are going cashless.

Watched my dad try to use a check at the hardware store, felt like a time warp with @lewis.charlie's cashless talk.
