Picked a contract review tool in March, finally got the renewal numbers sorted out 9 weeks later
We signed up for a contract review service back in March and the rep promised we could cancel anytime, no problem. When I went to pull our usage numbers for the renewal meeting, the dashboard showed three different totals and support kept telling me to check the billing tab. Does anyone have a tool that actually gives you one clean number when you need it?

The "three different totals" thing hit home for me. We had the same mess with our old tool, and what fixed it was exporting the raw usage data to a spreadsheet once a week and keeping my own count. Sounds dumb but when the renewal talk came up I had one number I trusted, and their rep couldn't argue with the line items. If your tool lets you pull a CSV or export, that's the move.
