A vendor in Columbus swore switching my review calls to a shared tracker would save my team 6 hours a month, and it did for about 3 weeks

We ran everything through one sheet for a quarter and it was great until two reps started editing the same notes at once and we lost a whole call history. Anyone else hit this with shared review trackers, or did we just set it up wrong? Thinking about going back to each person keeping their own file.
