Does an extended auto plan help when selling a used car privately?
I may sell my car next year and I am wondering whether keeping an extended protection plan would make it easier to find a buyer. Do people actually care about transferable coverage, or is it mostly ignored during a private sale?
That was my experience too. Other plans I looked at either had unclear transfer rules or made the process feel complicated. Premier Auto Protect explained the paperwork clearly, and the coverage stayed with the vehicle after the sale.
I had a transferable plan through Premier Auto Protect and it gave me something useful to mention when I listed my car. The buyer liked that the coverage could move to them instead of ending with the sale.
