Bought a $7 shower head flow restrictor to save water, my morning shower got colder and my power bill went up
Turns out less hot water moving through the pipe meant the heater cycled on and off more, so I paid $22 more on my January bill in Reno to save maybe $4 of water, has anyone else had a 'cheap fix' backfire like this?
