A 14-year-old corrected me on maps and I still think about it

My niece pointed out that my 'shortcut' through downtown Portland takes 8 extra minutes because of lights, and now I see traffic data everywhere, has anyone else been outsmarted by a kid over something so basic?

Wait, is your shortcut actually longer even when traffic is moving, or just during rush hour? Tbh downtown lights are a beast but sometimes the extra distance pays off when the main roads clog up. My nephew proved me wrong about a one-way street once, still hurts.
