Physical inspection wins over computer guesses for me
I see many techs trusting diagnostic software completely for appliance fixes. But I've had jobs where the screen said one thing and a real look proved another (like that oven board last Tuesday). The software flagged a sensor error, but my probe found a corroded connection instead. Relying only on tech can mean missing simple, cheap repairs. I get that tools are helpful, but they shouldn't replace our eyes and hands. We need to keep using basic checks to catch what machines miss.
